Time rollover

Hi all,

Anyway possible to have a simple button put in properties box to allow simple time synchronization of time zone where trader lives vs when NT builds bars from the time it recognizes when exchange opens for a particular market; also is it possible to add a universal default button once one gets all the frilly stuff the way he/she wants and when you setup a chart, all the properties settings will be there already? Thanks!!!!!
