Filter Alerts View by instrument

I like the fact that all open workspaces (not just the one showing) send alerts to the Alerts window during the day. And the fact that I can print the Alerts to a PDF file.

HOWEVER, today when I needed to save the Alerts for one particular instrument, I was very unpleasantly surprised to find that I cannot filter Alerts by instrument, which makes keeping details in my journal very problematic.

Please fix this. Note: it should only affect view, so that I can filter by one instrument, print, and then change the filter to another instrument and print those.
