Here is a minor idea...currently one can click and hold in the right margin price scale column area of a chart to expand or contract the space at the top and bottom of a chart.
Often one wants just a bit of extra space at the top or bottom of a chart...to place a chart trader order maybe or perhaps look at a graphic object with a target in mind that is not set to auto scale etc.
What might be done is divide the price label column into 3 vertical areas...click and hold in the upper 3rd would allow getting some extra space at the top of the chart only....similarly for the lower 3rd...the middle 3rd would remain functioning as it does now.
