I'm not part of the beta release group, but looking over the thread on bugs and problem resolution, I cannot help but hope that a dedicated database exists that beta testers have access to that requires they log all relevant information on problems (severity, OS ver, bug description, reproducibility, chart style, instrument plotted, screenshot, etc, etc). While I appreciate being able to see what is being encountered in the testing, the freestyle thread/post method would seem too haphazard and not uniform enough to lead to fastest resolutions (which all of us waiting for a general release are hoping for). The beta testers, after all, have volunteered to do this work, so making it as efficient as possible would benefit all.
