Please give us proper Strategy Life Cycle Events...

....available in a strategy.

In particular:
*Started, Stopped (with NT7 supporting restarting)
* Info whether strategy works on historical or real data AT THAT MOMENT. This means, when you put it on a chart and it calculates historical entries, this is historical data, switching to real data at the end. THis is mostly because I want to extend the user feedback for new orders, but stuff coming up during the ramp up phase does not really require user information.

It is a decent start, but especially given the NT7 restart mechanism...
...i would rater retire that and replace it with proper events (OnStrategyStatus) and a flags field.

In the strategy, for example, I may want to know... that and when I stop Restart - all that.
