output window keep updating when not focused on

It would be nice to have the output window continue to scroll info from "Print()" even while it does not have focus. It would be nice for the output window to continue updating while focused on another window.

I can hardly wait.

Although the reason I didn't request this was I'm concerned that it might have a big and detrimental effect on the speed when there is a lot of output (which is what what happens when I do my backtesting.)

The change should not have any impact on performance, since writting to output window is time buffered anyway (every 0.5 secs).
