Please make sure you test Time & Sales performance in NT7

A suggestion here is to please make sure that you test time and sales performance under heavy load in NT7. Currently in NT 6.5 a very heavy volume spike (such as what usually occurs after a Fed announcement or normally at 4 PM) causes NT to freeze. I have tried this with various different configurations, on various different OSes, and Mirus tech support has confirmed for me that T&S is a huge CPU hog in NT 6.5... so all I am saying is that for NT7, please make sure that you spend some time to try to optimize this code path, if possible. Thanks!

P.S. I should say that my data connection is Zen-Fire, for reference...

Thanks... however, that is just a standard link to the NT 7 list of new features, and while it does mention performance improvements, it doesn't say much about the time + sales directly. My suggestion to the NT team was to pay particular attention to that if they are not doing so already, since having a T & S window open during heavy volume times can really kill performance, particularly with Zen-Fire, which I use. I have traded with other systems and T & S does not seem to do this on their platforms, so it's an area that I would like them to focus on specifically, and it is something that they should be able to solve. Can you pass this comment along to them, just so they are aware of the issue and can specifically make sure to test it out during heavy market volume times?
