Data loader for IB data

IB throttles data. Seemingly when Ninja gets a message that IB is giving a download a timeout it quits. It would be clever if there was some code to wait out the timeout periods and continue with the downloads. Such code exists for Openquant, a user published it on their forums so the ground breaking work is done already.. I looked at the Ninjascript Language Reference and I didn't see anything right off that would lend itself to such a project... possibly it's outside the realm of a user to accomplish this?
