open workspace tab

Hi

are some kind of tabs made provision for the open workspaces in NT7 ?
I mean something (ie. by clicking on a tab) to quickly put in foreground a needed workspace without cycling ( by Shift+F3 procedure) all open workspaces.
Also it would be nice a shortcut for deleting all drawing tools.
