      If there is more than one speech eneabled indicator they may talk at the same time. While this babble is hilarious it is also unintelligible. But if you used sync mode in NT7 to prevent this, NT would be paralyzed whenever "somebody" talked. Maybe an AddOn that stores the speech requests in a cue and plays them FIFO is needed. All talking indicators would request the AddOn to make each announcement rather than talking themselves. The AddOn could also reject requests generated by states other than realtime.
