Bug/feature in the Ninjascript Editor

I've been writing some fairly complex stuff and to keep the indicator code clean I decided to put my code in a separate namespace, but within the indicator file. First I put my own namespace at the top of the file. When I was done, I moved it last in the file (after the NT generated code) and recompiled... whoa, NT removed my code. To repeat, try this:

namespace NinjaTrader.Indicator
{
    // NT code.
}
// NT regions and generated namespaces etc.
 
namespace MyNeatNamespace
{
    // This namespace and everything in it will be deleted when you hit F5.
}

Don't know if it is a bug or a feature... in any case it should be documented. Especially since there is no way to retrieve the deleted code, it's not saved anywhere (not on file, no undo etc).

Unfortunately rearranging code outside of the setup provided by the NS wizard is not supported.
