Please seriously consider to use a public BUG TRACKER for NT v7 since day one.
It will be easier assign an ID to each bug submitted, certify which have been confirmed and their priority, so that we know that you know and are doing something about it
You could also use one of them for clients suggestions and feedback to avoid people asking always the same things.

One good enough seems to be this open source one written using asp.net, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server (or express).
