Can NT work if only 80 port is available on computer for the IT?

Sure, and certainly it doesn't want to work.

You most likely will face issues, since all data provider/broker APIs requires "their" ports (which is not port 80) being opened. So the answer would be: no NT would not work as only port 80 would be opened.
