Center Parameters Dialog to screen

When I bring up the Indicators or Strategy dialog window, it seems to center on the chart with the top at about the top of Panel 1. This works well as long as panel 1 is near the top of the screen, but when multiple charts are tiled, the dialog frequently extends off the bottom of the screen for the lower ones. This requires the user to move the window up to be able to see the lower parameter values and to click OK, Apply or Close.

Request that this window center to the screen rather than the chart.
