Could you confirm that Lifetime Plan commission fees are not 'lifetime' and can change at any time?

While NinjaTrader reserves the right to adjust its commission rates at any time, historically, customers who purchased the lifetime plan prior to a change to commission rates would continue to receive that legacy rate.

Please be advised that industry fees like the exchange and NFA fees are subject to change by those parties, and the lifetime plan does not have an impact on those rates.

• If the NFA, Exchange, and Order Routing Fees are increased, the user would see that adjustment in the Per side rate.
• The underlying Commission rate by NinjaTrader would be the same.
