Strategy Builder and ATM honeymoon

Lets simply add an additional option to "Use Current ATM" this would have any strategy enabled with this would follow the strategy up until orders are entered. Once entered they would be sent to ninja core to run on the currently selected ATM on the chart. Other option might be to choose from currently available atms as a default atm for it to always use with that strategy.

Time to end the long painful seperation of strategy builder and ATMs with complicated workarounds that seem silly. Lets make NinjaTrader strategy build the go-to system to run rather than 3rd party add-ons. Make Ninja Great--er again-er well you know what I mean
