Weekend Support Contact

Surely a company with this much personal investment could actually have an open contact channel during the weekend hours.

Thank you for the message.

Our normal hours of support are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm CST Monday-Friday.

Outside of that, we have the ChatBot and a smaller crew of technicians around to help with email only questions on the weekend.

• Once Monday morning comes around and we are all back in the office in full support, we provide Chat and Phone support as well.

Unfortunately, we do not have the manpower to provide the same type of communication methods while the markets are closed on the weekends.

You guys have a brokerage. You can definitely hire weekend support and have some level of weekend emergency support. Your weekends are development time for many retail traders.

However, they are not equipped to provide technical support or troubleshoot issues. Their primary focus is to facilitate immediate assistance with NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts, orders, and positions.

For questions regarding strategy or indicator development, our Scripting Support team will be happy to assist. Please be aware that this support is available exclusively via email during both weekdays and weekends.
