Trend Channel tool is confusing

Hello, the trend channel drawing tool relies on your knowing where you started drawing from in order to use the points to adjust the channel. However, if you have multiple trend channels on your chart and all of them where drawn in different directions it's a nightmare figuring out which point of each channel does what function as they all look the same.

Perhaps some way to differentiate one point from another so the user knows instantly what dragging each point will do.

Thank you for posting.

To verify what data points are used for a Trend Channel drawing object you can double click on the line which will open the Properties window then expand the "Data" section which will display start and end times and prices.

Also, within the Properties window you can also assign different colors for each Trend Channel to easily identify.

Hey, double clicking each trend line to see the data points is not really a solution to the problem. Changing the colour also would not make a difference. I'm not sure you understand fully my point though. See screenshots.

2 trendlines on screen, both look the same and the user would expect them to behave the same. However; dragging the points labelled with the arrows produces different results simply because one trend line was drawn out left to right and the other right to left.
