Speeding up ninjatrader start time...

Hi,

I have an easy idea for you guys to make ninjatrader faster to load.

For use of 3rd party addons that need to contact some authorization server, this can slow down ninjatrader start time... because while this happening, nothing else can be done.

So simply scrap any checking of licenses at start time... instead, wait for a minute or 2 after program is up and running, then check licenses in background... so if license is invalid or whatever, the user would've used the software only for a minute or 2 anyhow...

but this way, licensed people don't need to wait unnecessarily.
