Similar to Trading view or Bookmap being able to zoom in and out when moving the mouse wheel. If the pointer is over the axis then it zooms in and out on the price.

pacpac not exactly what you're asking for, but if you don't mind an extra key click, this should allow zooming with the mouse wheel:
