Why is NT brokerage support so bad?

Why is NT brokerage support be so bad while NT platform/tech support is so good? It's like Jekyll and Hyde. After years of dealing with them, I know now to approach them with the expectation of being disappointed, yet somehow are always still let down.

They're actively diminishing the pretty strong work being done here. You/we all should ask more from them.
