Sound Options

Please add options to turn off/on sounds for specific accounts. Sim vs live etc. When we are testing algos in sim accounts we may have 20 of them going at once and the sounds are annoying and excessive. Lets update this?

Just to clarify, which sounds are you referring to? Are you referring to strategy-generated sounds/alerts (you mentioned testing algos) or are you referring to the default platform sounds that may be adjusted at Control Center > Tools > Options > General > Sounds?

The sounds that say "Order filled" when an algo activates and buys/sells for example. According to your tech support staff the sounds are ALL or Nothing. You can only turn them all on or all off. I want to turn them off for SIM accounts. And since you guys are 20 years old this year I think you need a LOT more settings and options in your software. So I guess I'm talking about the default platform sounds.

Turn off all the sounds in the platform, and in your strategy for the specific situations you want to hear, play a sound there e.g. only live not sim, or only account A not B, etc.
