1099 Tax pdf won't open with social

So I need to gain access to my 1099 TODAY - I find where the document is but see that it's password protected. First, this is wholly unnecessary. Second, I do a google search to find out that it's my social. Well, that's not working and I need access ASAP. I've tried several times and it won't open. Need advice FAST please!

The 1099 is password protected and the password is your social security number (no spaces or dashes)

Kindly please, advise when 1099 tax statement for year 2023 will be available for download. We are way past middle of February, y, there is no statement available. Please advise.
