Trading Hours Holiday Sort

This is a small one, but in NinjaTrader Desktop when you go into the Trading Hours and see the Holidays at the bottom of this dialog, they should by default be sorted in descending order e.g. the latest dates first, not the earliest ones, and the scroll bar should be scrolled so that the current date is in the middle.

If someone comes into this dialog, they are most likely going to want to check whether it's a holiday and what kind (partial or full day) that just happened or that's about to happen. They're not, by default, going to want to look up something in the distant past and should not have to scroll around trying to find "now".

Even smaller thing - the dates that are in the past could be grey / less prominent but still clearly visible.
