New Ninja version 8.1.1 Login

Every time I start Ninja Trader I have to login and have to choose between live and simulation trading.
Please store those information so we don't have to enter them every time.

It's a good point that it needs to save not just the username and password if they "remember me and keep me signed in" but it should also remember whether they're live or simulation. Basically, when the platform restarts, you should be where you left off - not having to re-choose every choice every time.
