Better documentation for OnStateChange

I find the documentation for OnStateChange extremely confusing: https://ninjatrader.com/de/support/h...tatechange.htm

For State.Configure it says "This state is called only once for the life of the object.".
This is not true for BarTypes.
Configure is called frequently in BarTypes.
DrawingTools also have *very* confusing state management, which makes no sense at all honestly.
I would really appreciate more documentation.

Maybe it should read instead "for the life of each object instance of this class."
