Remote work at NinjaTrader?

Hello Support,

Not sure where to post this; I figured this is the probably the best thread.

Does the NinjaTrader Support Team consider remote workers? Admittedly, looking at the Careers page, none of the listings indicate remote option. If not, is there anything such consideration being discussed?

Just thought I would ask... Thank you for taking the time to respond.

Our support employees currently work a hybrid schedule out of our Chicago Loop office. Working hybrid, our team is able to collaborate and support each other throughout each day. We do not plan to hire fully-remote for our support roles at this time due to the level of success we have had with our current structure.

There is one exception to this: We are hiring a second-shift (1 PM to 9:30 PM CT), Illinois-based, remote Client Services employee.

We always encourage candidates to keep an eye on our jobs page. Due to our growth, we have roles opening in various departments throughout the year! We look forward to hearing from anybody interested.
