Ability to see what template you have currently loaded

It would be very handy to know what template you currently have loaded, esp when saving/re-saving/etc. It's a wild guess now what template is loaded on your charts unless I missed where that was.

try 'private const ' string could enable the loading

      Hello brownsfan019 ,

      Thank you for your post.

That is not possible to see what chart template was applied to the chart.

I have submitted this as a feature request to the Development Team.

      Thank you for the suggestion.

        Hi, brownsfan019 , NinjaTrader_Oxana
This is an old issue with a solution.

Add the attached "AName" indicator to your template chart. Then within the list of parameters change label from "AName" to "MyTemplate", then OK. Now the name of "MyTemplate" will print on the left top corner of your chart template. So, if you have multiple templates just add this indicator for every template and change lable.

Let me you know if it worked for you.

        Cheers!

But that only works if you remember to alter the text in the indicator, correct? I like the idea, but it should be much easier w/in NT.

Obviously, if you have 5 different templates just make the indicator part of each one of those templates, each with the name of that template. That is the best you can do for now.
