I want to use the Gann fan but I can't move it to choose the angle !!!!
Can you tell me how this is possible,

Thank you for your note.

Please double click the Gann Fan anchor point and it will open its properties menu. Subsequently you can use the 'Points per bar' setting to change the angle.

To move the entire Gann Fan, please click the anchor point once so the Gann Fan is selected. Click and hold your left mouse button and move to the location you like.

I still can't get the 1x1 line to move and manually adjust the angle

Thank you for your note.

Are you able to double click on the actual line in order to adjust the properties? If not, please try changing the Z-order on your chart in order to be able to select it by holding CTRL and then scrolling with your mouse wheel.
