Choosing "End Date" time too, not only day

In chart's (or any other tool's) "END DATE" field, we can only select the end-day:

Can you please add the "END TIME" too? because it is very needed for tick/volume/second charts, as "DAY" is too broad for those timeframe and quite resource ineffective and slow. For example, we choose 1 second chart, and want to end at XX:ZZ time with 500 bars loaded.
Guess what? We cant do that in NT.
