New Hotkey - Modify Last Order to Best Bid/Offer

Similar to the existing hotkey "Modify Last Order to Fill", consider adding a "Modify Last Order to Best Bid/Offer" hotkey to move the last order to the inside market, best bid or offer. That hotkey would not hit the other side to immediately fill as the Modify Last Order to Fill hotkey does, but rather just move the order to the inside market.
