Suggestion to add a Instrument Link button at the Instrument Lists window

Hi, is it possible for the development team to add a button to the Instrument Lists window to send an instrument easily to a chart? As is possible with the Market Analyzer for example. Thanks in advance.

Can you clarify your request here, what specific feature are you looking for? Would this be like and "open chart" button from the instrument lists window in Tools > Instrument Lists?

Hello Heath,

An example of what I would like is similar with the following: I can now link the Market Analyzer and the Chart together with the button 'Instrument Link'. If I click on an instrument in Market Analyzer (or use Up/Down button keyboard) the instrument will appear in the chart.

If the development team can make a button "Instrument Link" on the Instrument Lists window I can do the same as written above: click on a instrument (but now from the Instrument Lists) and the instrument will appear in the chart.

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately this is not likely to be implemented for a few reasons:

• The intention of the instrument lists window is solely for configuring those lists in the instrument dropdown.
• This would change the design intention of that window.
• This functionality is already available through the market analyzer.
• You also already access these lists when making a new chart in the Data Series Window, or through the instrument dropdown in the chart itself.
