Feature Request: Label on Horizontal Line Drawn

When a Horizontal Line is drawn on the Chart, I'd like to add TEXT that can be LEFT or RIGHT JUSTIFIED on the chart.

In addition to the existing properties, please include:

Text: (the actual text to display)
Justification: (Left | Right)
Font Family: ( font name )
Font Size: (font size)
Font Color: (font color) - or at least use color of the line.
