To add "Bar Index" to "Mini Data Box"

Please, for debugging, add "Bar Index" row to "Mini Data Box".

And, it would be helpful to see use delimiters of thousands for all values for both "Data Box" and "Mini Data Box".
With several millions of bars on a chart, it is too easy to make a mistake.
