Withdrawl & conversion fees

Hi,
Can you please explain the conversion fee. for Aussie dollar. I had a balance of $302 USD. My account has received $320 AUS, which is equivalent to approx $220 USD at the current rate.
There is a $40 USD wire transfer fee but I have also been charged a $40 USD conversion fee??
On your "account & exchange fees" it states
"Currency Conversions Fee included within the conversion"
Can you please advise how the conversion fee is calculated? Is it a flat rate or percentage? This comes to over 15%, seems slightly excessive??
