Feature Request: Filter bars with zero volume: Interactive Brokers connection

Hello,

I would like to get TSE(Tokyo Stock Exchange) closing auction prices with zero volume in NinjaTrader. Please consider adding an option to filter bars with zero volume in Interactive Brokers connection configuration.
