Trying to subscribe to Data but web page will not let me do it. Tried contacting support but they could not help. Any Ideas?

I see that you reached out to my colleagues on the Brokerage Support Team yesterday. This was ticket 2516057. My colleague advised that you try Chrome and your response was "I am using chrome now.". I believe there may have been a misunderstanding in that your issue was resolved from that statement. Please follow up with my colleague so they may assist you further if that same symptom is still occurring
The "please fill out the form" message can occur if you take too long to complete the form. Using a different browser or trying to more quickly complete the form will likely resolve the symptom.Last edited by NinjaTrader_PatrickG; 04-24-2020, 10:54 AM.
