Global Ray line not visible.

Dear NT8 Support,


Background: Using the ray object to mark horizontal S/R level on a higher time-frame (HTF) chart & wanting the ray to show on lower time-frame(LTF) charts. (Didn't use horizontal line as I want to easily see where is the start pt). Effect all necessary settings to get ray object to be "global".


Issue: The global ray will only show in LTF if the start pt in the HTF is within the LTF chart. Eg. if HTF chart has 10-day data & LTF has 2 days, those rays with start pts further than the latest 2 days would not be shown on LTF chart.


Could this problem be corrected?

Thank you for your post.

Glad to assist. Additional chart data can be requested for the LTF chart via right click > Data Series > Increase the value for Days to Load.
