Default Order Quantity in Chart Trader

Correct me if I'm wrong but the Chart Trader seems to have a default starting order quantity of 10000 when trading Forex. Regardless of what quantity we change it to, the next time we close Ninjatrader and log back in the order quantity gets reset to 10000. I'm wondering why Ninja simply doesn't add the ability to permanently change this starting order quantity to whatever number we want? It is unnecessarily tedious to have to change the order quantity on all charts every time we have to restart Ninjatrader.

Thank you for the post.

There is a way to set your default Forex lot size in the platform.

To do so, please navigate to the Accounts tab of the Control Center. Right click on the account you are using and select "Edit account."

The Account Properties menu will display and have an option for Forex lot size. You may change this to your preference and click OK.
