Extended lines for Volume Profile + 2 other cool stuff

To have an option to extend ALL lines to the far right inside the Volume Profile for POC, Range, Value Area, etc.. all of the lines.

1. Button Option: Extend lines far to the right individually.
2 .Button Option: Extend all lines to the far right.

Not just the session, to the far right, all the way.... just to be clear...

3. Button: Show Openline and with the same options as above
4. Button: Show Close line and with the same options as above

IF YOU the Reader LIKE this idea, press the "Tiny Like button" to the right !!!
