Text Drawing Tool - Add static text position relative to chart borders

When adding text to a chart, the options for text location are only time and price, so as time or price changes, the location of the text changes relative to chart borders. That is very useful, but it is also desirable to have text that does not move with time and price, with position remaining fixed relative to chart borders. General chart/market notes, price target notes, comments unrelated to any specific time bar, etc. are use examples where static text is the preferred solution. Please consider adding static/fixed text functionality and a checkbox in Text > Properties to select static location, so text location stays fixed relative to chart borders wherever typed or dragged. Thanks!

I have added a vote for you to a current feature request for Drawing Objects/Text to have the option stay in position on chart window without moving when scrolling. This request is being tracked under the number SFT-2615.

Is that purpose not served by Draw.TextFixed()?

That is available in script, but not for the manual Drawing Tool > Text, where it would be very useful as well. Add your vote?

So, you want to manually draw a Sticky text? That could be convenient.
