Will Ninjatrader follow the trend and go commission-free?

Recently IB has me thinking of switching my Ninjatrader/Phillip Capital account to one with IB that uses the Ninjatrader platform instead due to their move towards commission-free stock and ETF trading. Will NT follow suit here? I'd really like to see this as I like Ninjatrader as a company but if you're asking me if I'll switch to save hundreds or thousands of dollars a year, the answer is obvious. Ameritrade, IB and Etrade have all made this move since Robinhood's success over the past year.

Isn't NT Brokerage a futures/forex broker? So "commission-free" as it relates to stocks, ETF's would not apply so you can't compare.
