Save Window As Template

I think that the new "Duplicate Window" command is great; I use it frequently.

It would be useful to also have a "Save Window as Template" command. This would be analogous to a chart template. It would allow one to easily copy windows into different workspaces.

Currently, to accomplish this one has to copy each chart template in a window and then load each template into a window in the new workspace. This functionality would also allow one to save a window for later use when deleting it.
