Hello, when will you be updating Interactive Brokers IB adapter to allow for the new version of TWS in NT 7? It's been over a year since you last did any updates for IB?

Thanks for your post.

We have no publicly available update schedule, however, many users use newer versions of TWS with NT7 without issue. We always recommend using the supported version, but we're unaware of any critical issues with newer versions of TWS.

The supported version just means we've tested it internally.

The reason why I ask is because I am having an issue when connected to NT 7 that when I select something in TWS that has a pop up window it appears then disappears in less than a second so I can't select continue or see what it's saying, this doesn't happen when I am not connected to NT 7 and I am using the latest version of TWS as it automatically updates itself.

This is typically the result of using the TWS installer on IBs website. Please try uninstalling TWS and then using the installer from our Interactive Brokers connection guide.

where can I get the installer for a newer version than the 960.2g?

Although alot of users do not report issues with unsupported versions of TWS, we would not be able to provide an installer for an unsupported version.

If you elect to use an unsupported version of TWS with NT7 than I suggest using the official installer on IB's website.
