Simpler access to RoundToTickSize

Instrument.MasterInstrument.RoundToTickSize( my_value );

please, in NinjaScriptBase, add a method, named RoundToTickSize, so we could easily call them from strategies and indicators, without need to user namespace/class long prefix: Instrument.masterInstumenr,..
