Add Indicator Access from within Drawing Tools

I would LOVE to see an functional / architecture change, where we could access an Indicator from within a drawing tool.

For example, I create a custom drawing tool to draw a box on the screen based on the size of current ATR.

However, because the ATR indicator isn't visible, I have to calculate ATR manually within the drawing tool.

There are many other uses for this as well.
