Indicator Recycling

Ninja 8 recylces all indicators configured on a chart whenever there is a parameter change regardless of how trivial. This causes a non-trivial delay if you have a particular indicator which requires many days of tick data eg. 135. (In order for that indicator to function, I have found it necessary to load 200 days even though the indicator calls for 135!). To fix the non-trivial delay, I suggest an option to exclude a specified indicator from recycling when any parameter is changed in any configured indicator.
