Create a transparent "FEATURE REQUESTS" tracking system, like other platforms has

it'll be good NinjaTrader has such transparent ticket system, with ability to subscribe to specific ticket.
why you dont do that? i assume there is way to hide specific (internal) answers/notes (if you want to hide them), and at least show public posts/tickets.
