issue in Forum Notifications (19.03.2019)

I see notification that someone quoted me. however, no option or link to find out that post or topic. Only the username is clickable. No other links.

You can browse through a user's posts from there profile. At the bottom of there profile is a "View all posts" link. Could you please mention me in your next reply so I can have something to show our IT team? Just put an '@' then type my username.

i've did as you told me and found that buttons in his profile, but very strange. that user doesnt have either any posts, topics or whatever.
