Request to add "HORIZONTAL RAY"

In my operative I use the drawing tool "RAY" but I have to be modifying the horizontal numeric values in properties for a correct horizontal bar on a higher scale chart.

Like a Horizontal Line but with a definite beginning, Would it be possible to add this functionality?
